HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY POST

Yesterday was my birthday, so I committed to really focusing on my calorie intake this week.  Yesterday it was a protein shake for breakfast, exercise, cheese and an apple for lunch, baked fish, broccoli and a little salad (no dressing) for dinner.  No birthday cake for me, just sugar free pudding and some fat free reddi whip to make it kind of like a mouse.  Lots of water and unsweetened tea for me.  I did have a glass of white wine with dinner.  I am focused this week.

I hear you.  No cake for my birthday last week either. 

Eating light today makes up for the wine but you did really well even with the wine.  I do the same in cutting back to allow for occasions.  My preference it to cut back in advance.  I did well with my birthday also.
